Room was comfortable and clean, the hallway had an unusual odor, probably from some type of cleaning solution. The front desk lady was helpful, but overwhelmed when it got a little crowded and couldn’t handle people checking in as well as purchasing from the amenities area…. Seems like she could’ve used a back up during prime check-in time…. great amenity selection though!

The property was clean for the most part but really needs some major updates. Property looks like it hasn't been updated in at least 20 years or more.

The room was excellent clean staff was amazing very helpful breakfast was another shocker really good and they serve until 11AM nice 👍😎 check out was at 11am as well just another plus and the kitchen in my room was very helpful I will definitely stay again

Hillcrest is up the hill a few minutes walk to downtown, in a very quiet area. The bedroom could use some updating - old curtains, drapes, bedspread, etc. - looks rundown. Bed was comfortable but room was very dusty. The house was just sold to a new owner, so the house is in transition. I do want to comment that the Innkeeper/B&B hosts that live on the property, Kyle and Christy Ann, (not the owners) are extremely nice and helpful.
